Ali Waheed express hope that VP will work against Yameen

MDP Chairperson Ali Waheed has expressed his hopes that Vice-President Dr. Mohamed Jameel Ahmed would come out and work against President Yameen. Ali Waheed, who is seeking asylum in London after being released following his arrest during the MayDay rally, says that the no-confidence motion against VP is a victory for the opposition parties.

Ali Waheed said that he invites everyone to participate in the work against President Yameen. He also extended this invitation to VP Dr. Jameel, against whom a no-confidence motion was submitted to the Parliament by PPM.A close associate to Dr. Jameel said that he will make good use of the opportunity given to him to present his case - regarding the no-confidence motion which was filed against him to the Parliament.
